NEW version that adopts QP approved surface treatment “QPQ”
Creates a smooth shaft surface considering the frictional resistance when the recoil spring expands and contracts during blowback.
Conventionally, QPQ processing is added to the place that was the finish at this point.
QPQ advances tuftride and provides more than hard chrome plating in wear resistance, fatigue resistance and corrosion resistance.
As a surface treatment that combines surface hardening treatment and rust prevention treatment, its usefulness shows compatibility with guns because it is used for SIG slides.It is used for crankshafts and camshafts in the engine section.
This product boasts excellent durability because it is laser-welded after press-fitting two CNC machined pieces with a pressure of 1T or more.
