It is molded using Keyence Corporation high precision 3D printer “AGILISTA-
3200”.
Material is replaced with acrylic resin, resulting in a good affinity with
the magazine catch(sold separately). Material strength compared carbon steel
is inferior, however it excels in familiarity and cost performance.
Colouring is also possible
with acrylic.
dyeing using commercially available acrylic
dyeing solution. It is almost indistinguishable
from carbon steel when dyed black.Of course,
it has a clear and beautiful finish as it is.
It is molded using Keyence’s “Agilista 3200” owned only by a few companies even
in Japan. Using an Inkjet system and photopolymerization technology which is fast
and very precise, we are capable of high precision acrylic plastic molding.
Also its most defining characteristic is that silicone rubber molding is also possible.
