Palsonite Cylinder : Toughnes & beauty Cylinder
Internal diameter 20 mm,
Made of SUS304. Inner diameter torelance ±1/100mm. Processed laser welding & fixed by parallel pins.
Using this cylinder,the piston will get more speed & you’ll get stable output.
We processed the Palsonite to precision cylinder to be less friction between a piston & cylinder. So you’ll get more smooth action & that gives stable & high power performance.
We adapt new technology of 01 & 05 inner barrels called “cold hammering”
This cylinder is same accuracy as Inner barrel. The inner diameter tolerance is 1/100mm In spite of cylinder.
We have never seen as this accuracy tolerance of this cylinder.
PDI adopted seamless pipe that has accuracy equal with inner barrel made by other companies,
and stainless steel that was adopted by PDI is made in Japan by cold hammering.
